How to prepare the biomaterial? No special patient preparation is required. The assay is recommended to be performed no earlier than 2 days after the end of enterosorbents, pro- and prebiotics intake. Collect one measuring spoon of fresh feces or meconium to a container, close tightly and store at room temperature (from 18 °C to 25 °C) for no more than 6 hours. The sample can be stored in a refrigerator at 2 °C - 8 °C and delivered to the laboratory within 3 days. |
